Hot Ginger and The Swing era have teamed up to bring exciting new social dances to Birmingham with internationally experienced DJ’s playing high quality Vintage swing music. We’ll start you off with a swing dance taster workshop (different theme every month!) then we’ll have a great afternoon of social dancing. Come and join us on the first Sunday of every month in the heart of Moseley village.
This month we’ve decided to teach you the Doin’ the Jive solo Jazz routine.
This routine was Choreographed by Mike Faltesek to go with The Careless Lovers’ song Doin’ the Jive.
2-3pm Doin’ the Jive, Solo Jazz workshop £10 (Includes Social dance)
3-6pm Social dance with DJ’s £5

Come and join us for our brand new monthly swing dancing night at Cherry Red’s in Birmingham City Centre. We’ll start with a Lindy hop taster class at 7pm, which is open to everyone who is interested in trying this exciting vintage dance style for the first time. After the class there will be a social dance from 8pm onwards.

Come and join us for our popular lindy hop taster classes at Cherry Red’s in Birmingham City Centre (88-92 John Bright St, B1 1BN). This taster Lindy hop class at 7pm, which is open to everyone who is interested in trying this exciting vintage dance style for the first time. After the class there will be a change to socialise with a drink at this lovely venue.
