6 WEEK LINDY HOP COURSE FOR ADVENTURES
Join us at 8pm on Thursday 16th October for our Adventures Lindy Hop course at Moseley School Sports Centre.
‘Adventures’ with Suze and Tom, is going to be where you’ll learn to tell your own story, it’s going to ‘Jazz’ up your Lindy hop and make you shine!
This October Suze and Tom be “Trading Rhythms”, taking playfulness further and deepening the connection with your partner while exploring rhythms and developing how you hear and respond to music.
If you’ve danced with Suze and Tom before, you already know — This is going to be good!
Check: ready for an Adventure?
– You have completed at least three Improver courses and have been swing dancing with us 6-12 months
– You are confident with your footwork (groove walks, kicks, triple steps etc)
– You are developing your social dancing skills to slow and fast music
– Your swing-out isn’t perfect yet, but your repertoire of moves is growing (tandem, hand-to-hand Charleston, kick throughs etc)
– You are developing your musicality and can hear different phrases in the music
– You have started learning solo jazz and have learned the Shim Sham
– We keep an eye on class numbers to try and get the ratio of Leads to Follows as even as possible. If you’re hoping to book a Single Ticket but either Lead or Follow tickets are showing sold out, why not look for a partner on our Facebook Group and sign up as a Couple –
